I am a Senior Retail Professional based in San Francisco with over a decade of online and omni-channel retail experience. I have a proven track record in developing and sourcing assortments internationally from conception to launch and managing a varied Branded portfolio.
I started my career at John Lewis in London and gained experience within home furnishings, textiles, home decorating and utility shop through Croft, Brooklyn and House collections. My skills are grounded in understanding the retail landscape, shaping a strategy and developing and curating product assortments.
After 6 years I moved on to buying home furnishings, gift-ware, seasonal ranges and home fragrance at Laura Ashley. A very different challenge but one that taught me about the importance of brand identity and the heritage of a company. Most recently I have worked for Urban Outfitters, relaunching their Home and Gift ranges. Tasked with creating an exclusive and visually market leading collection of products to align and attract a new customer base.
Happiest when I am creatively working with product, innovating and developing retail strategies to create assortments that not only drive sales, but tell stories and delight customers.
